Willowbrook Advisors is a boutique advisory firm, focusing on Operational and Technology based transformation and investments in lower middle market private companies. Built on the shoulders of over 20 years of professional practice, our expertise lies in solving complex problems. We start by ensuring there is a clearly defined business strategy and then work on the people > process & technology architecture to support that.
Our core services include hands-on consulting work to assist companies with both the definition and execution of their business strategy. In select situations, we will also work with companies to support a successful transition plan that can enable growth through external acquisition or investment, leveraging a network of sponsors, operators and investors.
